Kinder Morgan to expand gas shipping in Eagle Ford

Eagle Ford Gathering LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. and Copano Energy, L.L.C. established to serve natural gas producers in South Texas, today announced the execution of a definitive long-term gas services agreement with SM Energy Company .

Kinder Morgan wants to expand offerings

Pipeline operator Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP said Wednesday it has secured a new $2 billion, three-year revolving credit line through June 2013, replacing a $1.85 billion facility that was scheduled to expire in August.

HOUSTON----Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. today announced that it has entered into a new $2 billion three-year unsecured revolving credit facility expiring June of 2013. The new facility replaces a $1.85 billion unsecured credit facility that was scheduled to expire in August of 2010.
